Founded by Ken Tralongo in 1999, T Management is a premier DSO in the Atlanta metro area, primarily offering general dentistry services. T Management provides its partner practices with business management and non-clinical support services, including HR, purchasing, accounting, marketing, KPI management, and continuing education.

SITUATION

Ken and his son Jack, President of T Management, approached Georgia Oak in search of a strategic local partner—one that could support their pursuit of M&A targets and help execute a broader rollup strategy. With T Management’s strong presence in Atlanta, having a partner literally “down the street” made all the difference. After a series of productive meetings and achieving a shared vision for growth, Georgia Oak partnered with the Tralongos to expand into the broader Southeast dental market. T Management was eager to leverage Georgia Oak’s expertise in scaling multi-unit consumer service brands, as well as its deep regional network, tapping into resources that had previously been out of reach.
